In this situation, your customers’ orders will get delayed. It can take up to 5 days and sometimes even more.

So this is why you want to avoid this situation or at least have a basic understanding of what you should do if you get this message.

Tip 1: Multiple AliExpress Accounts:

We recommend you have at least two Aliexpress accounts, in this way, when one of your accounts gets suspended you can use the second account to process your orders.

Without mentioning that you should provide Aliexpress with all of the documents that they will request from you.

Remember, you should save all the documents that AliExpress asks you for in a folder on your computer. AliExpress can ask you for the same documents again in the upcoming next months.
